Cauliflower pizza! For you low carbers
It seems like every monday we start our “low carb-no carb” diet. Sometimes it actually sticks. But finding good recipes to satisfy your hunger and that taste good are hard. But this one is one i’ll make once a week.
I am not a great chef, but this recipe- with just a little tweaking because of my own preference, is super duper easy and cheap. I think in total it cost me about $10, and i have some left over veggies and chicken for salad tomorrow.
This pizza crust is awesome, you can den make bread sticks out of it, or mini pizzas. I have tried quite a few recipes off pinterest, but this one so far has worked the best! Get the link off my pinterest page here!
You can add any toppings you wish, but tonight i just got a rotisserie chicken from the local deli, and added feta, parmesan cheese, sweet bell peppers, and red onions. I think there were about 60-65 calories in each piece! Now that’s pizza you don’t have to feel guilty about eating!!!
I followed this recipe from ifoodreal.com exactly, except added an extra 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in addition to the 1/2 cup mozzarella. I also added extra oregano, and 1/4 tsp. garlic sea salt.
